Journey to the Center of the Earth

Last Saturday my brother,dad, and I went to Regal Santa Cruz 9 to see Journey to the Center of the Earth. After our steak dinner we went over to the movie theater and Journey to the Center of the Earth. We left at 6:20 to go see the 7:15 show. When we got there the line was so long my brother and I had to get out of the carand wait in line while our dad was parking the car. once we got the tickets and the snacks we were ready to get our seats. The movie was realy good even though I have never seen the origanel. Brendon Fraiser did really well on his role. I would rate the movie a four and a half star.

A Day at Peter Hay

This morning my brother, mom, and I woke up ,got dressed and went to the Bagel Bakery and got some lunch. Once we were all finished eating we went to Pebble Beach and played a 9-hole game of golf a6t a course called Peter Hay. The course holes are all par 3's and average from 60- 100 yards long from tee off to the hole. This was the first time I have played golf in over a year besides the driving range and the putting green. I got a 38 out of 27 so I was 11 over par, my brother got a 32 out of 27 so he got 5 over par, and my mom got a 45 out of 27 so she was 18 over par. When we finished the game I got a soda and headed home. I was glad I got second place because there is no way I could do as good as my brother, he played on my middle school golf team in the 7th grade (he is going into 9th grade). For anyone that wants to start golfing, Peter Hay Golf Course is a good practice course.

A Day at Michael's House

At 3:15 pm my brother's friend Michael picked my brother and I up at our house. We went over and played a lot of Guitar Hero 1, 2, and 3. Michael can play Guitar Hero on expert mode, I think it's crazy that he can do it. My friend Skyler arrived there at 3:45, it was a surprise for even him. The songs I played were Smoke on the Water, YYZ, Carry on Wayward Sun, Cliffs of Dover, One, Rock you Like a Hurricane, and Through Fire and Flames. At 5:00 my parents came and picked me up after getting home then remembering where we were.

A Review on The Dark Knight

Last night I saw the 8:15 show of The Dark Knight. I half to say that I think it was better than Batman Begins. The actor that played the Joker does a marvelous job with his knack to blow up things. With Batman being not wanted by the city of Gotham his only choice is to either beat the Joker or or to give up his carrier as Batman. In a battle of good vs. evil it seems like the Joker will always win and will never to be taken to justice. Personally I rate it a five star movie. To here the whole store see the movie at your local cinema theater.

Another Day with My Friend Skyler

Yesterday my friend Skyler came over for the day by request of my brother. At first we played Mario Cart Wii and then Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Once we were finished my brother asked " do you want to make a Cube on Photo Shop?" Skyler then Responded " yes." At about 12:30 in the afternoon my mom came and picked up Skyler, Matthew, and I so we could go to Spanish Bay to go swimming. we ordered food once we got there, the food came in smaller portions than it normally does. Once we got back home Skyler helped my brother and I to make Blogs. Then we went on the trampoline on till he left. For all the people reading this blog to see what I have written I would like to thank Skyler for helping me start this blog.

Alaska

On the 29Th of July I'm taking a plane up to Alaska with a one hour lay over in Seatle. It is going to be a long ride but I think its going to be worth the ride. Up there I will see my step dad's brother up in Anchorage. I'm going to do alot of fly fishing and hiking up there. I'm going to be fishing for troat in lakes and rivers. I also get to use a float tub so I can sit on the water and fish. I'm going to come back the next Tuesday to get ready for school. Booo!!!
